On thursday my glass fish died most likely from swim bladder disease and today my pleco died for no apparent reason. I checked my parameters. Is there anything wrong?

Plecos, being bottom dwellers, are very suscepible to poisoning by some of the heavier cantaminates in the water column, one being ammonia. I don't know where you took your water sample from, but I can guess that it wasn't from the bottom of the tank.
