Ghost shrimp eat snails?

When I turned the lights on in my 36gt this morning, it appeared one of my ghost shrimp was polishing off the last of a baby snail. Next to him was another ghost shrimp and second empty snail shell and that shrimp had clearly just eaten something. I do seem to get a fair number of empty snail shells in that tank, I've just never witnessed this behavior. They seem to leave the MTS alone, going after the pond snails (which is fine with me.) Anyone else noticed this? Or am I imagining things?

I would love to hear feedback on this one too, I have an infestation of Ramshorn that I would like to keep in check, anyone heard of Ghost shrimp eating snails?
