Wisteria growing different leaves

I've had two stems of Wisteria in my tank for about 7-8 weeks. It looks healthy and has grown some since I put it in. 3 days ago 6 leaves sprouted from the top that are completely different from the rest. They have no special shape, just look like regular everyday leaves. Is this normal?

This is explained in our profile of this plant.;-) In brief, it is due to light, nutrients, and/or temperature--any one or combination of these.
