i made water squirters....
 
well i made some squirters for my return line to add more current to the top of the tank...i think i did good.pics up later.all it cost me was $5 or so..

Only problem with that , that I see is, if its from your Sump return pump, your restricting flow, and therefore have changed the return rate.

actually..i have a 1200gph return pump and a 600 gph overflow....so its a
win in a way.lol also, i have 3 holes drilled in the caps for the water to shoot out and im still maxing out this over flow..
