Tiger barb being lethargic

They just float and I found one rescued it immediately and isolated it. He was just floating and grasping..

I had 2 that died and I found one dead from before i did a water change.

I placed 2 new decors just plastic plants and 2 rocks.

I returned the tin foil but is it them that harasses them? they are big by a lot...

Something is clearly wrong, but you will have to provide us more data so that we can ascertain the problem.

Tank size, fish in the tank (numbers and species).
Water change schedule (how often and how much of the tank volume).
Water parameters, being GH, pH and temperature.
Results iof tests for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate if you have done them.
How long have the Tiger Barb been in this tank?
Aside from water conditioner, are any substances being added to the water?

- None, New plastic decoration I forgot to boil accidentally and rocks from backyard washed and sun dried all of them for 2 days..
- Fed them XO Humpy head pellets( Ran out of fish food)
- Fed them pellet ( red and green ones)
- Fed them PO1 or was it PO2
- Fed them daphia and tubifex from my local fish breeder then sudden disease outbreak..

I suspect the live food though it was just for a day or 2...

I bought rosy barbs to replace the tigers though I miss my tigers..

They had heavy case of ick so I tried treating the 15 left slowly they kept on dying now 3-4 left.

I'M SO FUSTRATED...
I got so distracted by my betta keeping too.

Another thing I do see though is too many fish for this small a tank. I would not acquire any new fish but let things settle until no more fish are dying. How did you treat the ich?

Salt Bath and Methylene blue solution ( Just to prevent Further Infection ).

Right now before you replied I placed the rosy so they got mixed with some barbs that had ick.

Hope they don't catch it since the water's with methylene blue already and salt and up temperature the weather is cooperating now a days!

Gonna do water change for like 3 days interval this is the 3rd day then salt bath again and next 3 days water change.

Any opinions?

If by "salt bath" you mean placing the fish in salted water for a specific period of time, this will do no good. Ich can only be killed when it is in the free swimming stage in the tank water after it hatches (for lack of a better word) and before finding a host fish. Plus, the additional stress of moving the fish will likely make the ich worse. Ich after all is only caused by stress to the fish, otherwise they can always fight it off.

I would simply raise the tank temperature to 86F or higher; provide good aeration (filter flow, airstones, etc) as oxygen is less in warmer water. If the fish can manage with a week of 90F this alone will kill the ich. Some methelene blue might help, and the barbs should be OK with this for a week.
