Next step in stocking? Ideas for a 20 gallon

Hey ya'll i've got a question about stocking, I've have had my tank for about four months now and she is fully cycled. I've got a decent stock in there right now with four glo danios, two of the glo tertas(bred from the white skirt species),Five neon tertas, five X ray pristella tertas, and one red flower shrimp. While the stock is great i just look and find something missing like a living room with no center piece to tie it all in.

Specs of the tank

Marineland Penguin 150 over hang filter
Marineland Prefect flow undergravel filter
LED light with 3 Blue moon
Marineland Maxijet 400 as a powerhead
whisper air pump for bubble wand and air stone

So my question is what in your opinion should be my next step in the stocking or should i even stock anymore fish?

Recap of stock for ease of look up
2 glo tetras
5 neon's
5 X rays
4 Glo Danios(2 blue 2 red)
1 flower shrimp

if anything, I'd bump up the number of each species of fish to 6. Many of those fish like a group.

If the tank was a more natural color, the colors on the fish would be much brighter.
