Hi I'm Nicole Hi all, I'm Nicole from California :-) I've had tanks most of my life (i'm now 46yrs) but just have tropicals nothing too pricey/special. I have a 20 gal, 25 gal and a 5 gal (this is just to hold babies until i can add them back into one of the other larger tanks) I have black widow tetra's, platy's, gourami's, Common Pleco, zebra danio's, neon tetra's. I have these all divided up between the 2 larger tanks. I have been reading and learning so much! The picture is my Yorkie named Sweet Pea, she is 3yrs old and VERY VERY spoiled! This dog has more clothes than i do.....yes i said clothes (that are hung up and in a closet just like a person) Thank you, |
Welcome to the forum. I have only been a member for a short while, but I am impressed by the wide range of expertise, helpfulness and friendliness of the people here. I have been keeping fish since I was nine and I am now 53. There is always more to learn and I have picked up a great amount of information that was new to me in the short time I 've been here. Unless you decide you know it all already, you really can't make a mistake by being on this forum! (BTW, your pleco will get humongous! Better save for a bigger tank!) Again, welcome! |
Oh yes, This is my 2nd one, the last one we called "Killer" and he got huge! The one in my 25 gal is not too big yet, so i'm hoping i have some time before i need a bigger tank. So whatcha doing up so late? It's 11 pm here in Calif. |
Insomnia is a way of life, lately. Check out bristlenose plecos (ancistrus) which stay small. They are interesting and unusual in appearance, and there are golden and albino forms available. |
Thanks! I'm off to bed...nighty night!! |
