I've had my two male guppies for 3 days now so I tend to freak out a bit if something looks funny. I've been feeding them tropical flakes and once fed them a mashed pea and had them try a cucumber slice (they didn't eat much of it so I took it out after a while). Today I noticed my sunset guppy, George, pooped quite a few times and it was sometimes red. Should I be concerned?

If the food flakes you feed them are the standard tropical flakes then keep in mind that some of the flakes are red. The guppy digestive system is very simple and short so they don't get all the nutrients out of their food, so as long as you have been feeding them red stuff this is normal.
FYI My guppies went crazy for the algea wafers for my algea eaters but left lettuce, peas, cucumbers and zucchini alone. Though they did like boiled spinach. One liked spinach so much I renamed him Pop-eye.
