125 stocking? Chisawasawa & peacocks???

It's been a while since I've been on but I know you guys can help me with some advice. About a month ago we had bad storms and I lost a lot of fish after being without power for 12 days with 100+ heat. I've been keeping fish regularly for 10 years now, I'm wanting to start with something new to me. I have an empty 125g I'm looking to stock so far I just bought 10 Tramitichromis Intermedius on aquabid, I would like to add 10 or so yellow peacocks of some sort. I want what ever I add to this tank to be able to breed and not cross breed. Any ideas on what else to add and what would be your ideal numbers? I've just been looking at pics trying to get some ideas.

what size are the fish you are getting?

Around 2"

125g gallon you can do almost and Lake Malawi Haps or peacocks.

If you dont know the sex of the fish you are getting then you would need to remove some to prevent aggression once you identify males and females. They are dimorphic which means there are visual difference between male and female but I cannot for the life of me remember what they are.

If you consider the fish you have now then about another 25 would be maximum stocking, more and you need a lot of powerful filtration such as 2 x FX5.

The fish you have will attain about 6" and ideally would be suited to an aquarium will similar sized fish or larger. Larger fish will not bother them as they are able to hold their own against them or you would provide a lot of hiding places.

Do you have any fish in mind that you would like to stock with them?

That's why I was thinking start out with 10 of each then probably sell off a few till I get an idea ratio. I can tell males from females as so far what I'm looking at the females are drab in color. I'm kinda just open for ideas the last fish I had in this tank I had for 5 years I never dreamed I'd wipe out the entire tank and be starting over with something completely different. I don't really like common fish and I like to breed, sell and trade.

I was also thinking maybe a school of loaches or catfish or something but I'm not sure.
