Biggest fish?

Should I purchase 3 month or 6 month (slightly larger) old angelfish, for maximum growth?

Growth rate is dependent on how you maintain your tank and feed your fish. It doesn't matter what age the angels are and how they small are although you could try raising a group of 6 and allow them to pair up when they mature if you have plenty of accommodations.
