1.5 gallon stock :P
okay i know this tank is tiny but i got it at a good price with filter and heater plus light, and i was wondering what i can put in it, its not set up yet but im just curious what i could put.. i was thinking this
no bettas(already have some)
-2 dwarf frogs
-mexican dwarf crayfish
-2 sparkling gouramis
-3 dwarf platies
small school of pygmy cories
any of these okay? or any other ideas?
None of them are good. Cherry shrimp would be the ONLY thing I would put in such a tiny container.
Bettas and shrimp are about all i can think of that would be happy in that tank.
I wouldn't even put a Beta in a 1.5 gallon.
Just the shrimp. Or a snail. That's about it.
You could keep one betta in there but that means frequent water changes if you want them to stay healthy. It's pretty near impossible to cycle anything that size and they typically come with a small bulb that won't sustain any live plants.
I would go against any recommendations for a betta, and only put shrimp/snails. What heating are you using?
