Wow! It doesn't say if he dug the ponds or if they are natural ponds on his 170 acres. Good Grief!! Next they will be claiming ownership of any fish in them too.

The government says they do. Someone with water damage should say Government its your rain clean up the mess.

So thy also own the oceams now too? Cause it land there? Go fix the pollution.

That would be fun to say to the government, although you'll prob get in trouble.
