Do I need more than what came with my tank for a FOWLR?
I see a lot of people talking about lighting for their tanks. I have an All Glass / Top Fin 46 gal Bow-front that came with a glass hood and a light already with it. Is this light enough for a FOWLR tank?

That is plenty for just fish... it's when you get into reef animals that lighting gets so much more important.

what about what I hear about some live rock coming with dried corals. Do these come to live and will they need better lighting than the Eclipse light that came with mine?

Dried corals? A dried coral is a dead coral. Depending on the fish you choose to keep, some will eat corals. If you're expecting to have corals then this isn't a fowlr system... it then becomes a reef.
As for reef lighting, that also will depend on depth of the tank, the types of corals you put in there, and where they are located in the tank.
It is true that things can/will grow on and from within the liverock, but again, if this isn't to be a reef tank, then you don't want to cater to corals.
