pinkish/orange spot on lemon tetra
 

One of my lemon tetra has a pinkish/orange spot on back behing his dorsal fin. He/she isnt moving and seems to be breathing quick shollow breaths i dont know how else to put it. Is he sick or injured? Is their anything i can do? All other fish are ok and chemical levels are as they should be.
