Buying supply for my 29g tank

I'm doing some supply shopping for my 29g tank today. I would like any suggestion on any item that I should buy as I dont want to spend the extra shipping cost on the next order. :p

My Tank:
29G freshwater with some amazon swords(I think they are swords)
1 cory catfish, 1 chinese algae eater, 2 gold gouramis, 4 glofishes, 2 neon tetras, 4 male adult guppies, 4 adult female guppies, and 10-15 guppy fries.

Items in my shopping cart right now:
Ultimate Aquarium Gravel Vac Kit - 25 ft. <-There are 3 types on the site, I just pick the one with a price thats in the middle. Is the more expensive Aqueon Water Changers worth it?
Mag Float-30 Magnetic Cleaner for Glass
Plant Food Tabs Plus Iron - 24 pk <- for the plant
Stress Coat Aquarium Water Conditioner - 16 oz. <- Just read it in the forum that its good to use with AquaSafe, and I already purchased 250ml on my last order)

I'm good on the fish food and the heater(Stealth 200w), but I do planning on getting a new light for the tank. May be getting the 1x55w DIY kit from AH Supply. Do you think it will fit the stock housing that came with my tank? Also what kind of medicine should I buy in case my fishes got sick?

BTW, I'm ordering from thatpetplace

I know Bettababy is trying some Aqueon products. I'll ask her if she can post her product reviews about these.

-API liquid test kit
-battery-operated airpump
-Melafix
-levamisole hydrochloride

Thanks for the quick reply. For the test kit, is it this kit?

I didn't know I need an air pump in the tank. My local Petco told me its optional equipment thats just for show.

Battery-operated ones are for power outages. Your lfs is correct. They are optional but they are useful for CO2 leaks, power outages and overstocked tanks.

I just noticed that in your last reply, you said the air pump is good for overstocked tank. Are you saying my tank is overstocked?

Also do you think I should get Tetracycline? I saw Tetracycline gel on the site.

No. Fish consume lots of oxygen and if the tank is overstocked, then an airpump is a must although if the filter has powerful turbulence, an airpump won't be necessary.

Your tank is not overstocked however I'd get rid of the CAE as these will harass your other fish eventually.:)

I don't stock them unless necessary. If the supply is not always found, then you probably should.

Tetracycline
Ingredients: 250 mg capsule of Tetracycline Hydrochloride activity
Diseases: antibiotic, treats ulcers and open soars, frayed fins, mouth and body sores, abdominal bloat, red patches, bacterial infections, livebearer disease, fungal infections, dropsy, furunculosis

Doh! I just got the CAE for the tank this monday. I tho it would help clean out some of those green stuffs on my glass. Actually one of those glofish was chasing the CAE today.
