Creepy Crawlers

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this question so please advise me if it is not. I am trying to identify a worm that I spotted coming out of a small hole in my live rock. It was not a Bristle worm because it did not have bristles on its sides. It was a brownish gray color( kind of hard to tell with the lights out), it appeared to have a flat face and a round mouth on the bottom and it appeared to be pecking at the live rock. Im going to try and get some pics or maybe even some video of it. Does anybody have any ideas what this might be? If so is it reef safe?

Ok, best guess from description.
Eunicid Worm: aka Rock worm
or
Sipunculida Worm: Also known as a Peanut Worm.
