Help!! whats wrong with my fish!!!

I woke up this morning and i was looking at my fish tank when i noticed my Glofish Danio was bent! I dont know what happend cause he was fine last night and then i saw my neon tetra dead stuck to the filter. Then when i came home i found the glofish stuck to the filter. is it a parsite? I need help!!

i'm pretty sure it's incurable, sorry. but you should ask someone who really knows about this stuff, don't take my word for it.

What fish are in the tank with it they could have done it.
