I knew it.....dame...i was doing a cycle in my tank,the last 3 days..didnt think my heater was working and then notice it had condensation in the tube...so i picked up a fluval m200..it says submersible on the box but yet has water lines marks...max & min...so is it reall fully submersiable

No, they have to be installed vertical so that the temperature control knob is above water.
