All my fish get Thera A. There isn't much difference in the forumlas - they all utilize the same top quality ingredients. Some have more and less of this and that, but beyond that they are all the same. For your tank I suggest the Thera A, just because it has more garlic than the others, but the community formula will do well as well.

You will need the 0.5 mm size for the fry and small fish and 1 mm for the rest.

they talk about antiparasite . What is that?

Garlic is a natural antiparasitic agent. It's health benefits are well documented.

I recommend the Thera+A for most situations because it has enough garlic to kill parasites.

Keep in mind that only certain forms of garlic can kill parasites. Freshly pressed garlic is the best. The liquids don't seem to be able to do it at all but will still get fish to eat better, so that is good. NLS Thera+A does have enough to be effective and is one of VERY few options in a reef.

it is good for freshwater right

Yes, it is the best thing for fw fish, inverts, and amphibians as well as sw fish, inverts, and even corals.

I feed NLS/with garlic almost excusively, along with frozen, and live foods. I have not had any issues all even with new fish in QT.
