my little fishy fry

i have 3 blue l-f danios, 4 zebra danios, and 4 neon tetras. i saw fry about 1 month ago, and they have small jewels on the tops of their heads. is this the neon fry? or a cross breed of neon eggs and one of the danios fertilizing? or vice versa?

Pics? I would say that they are probably danio babies. I have bred them before, but that was many moons ago. Going back through my breeding notes I cannot identify which one you have. Danios are much easier to breed than Neons. Great job and congratulations.

I can't remember any of my danio fry having juwel type markings on their heads, but agree with herefishy that danios are much more likely. Looking forward to seeing the pics if you have any, and congratulations!

ill try to get pics, but im not sure i can get the fish in the picture, because they are very fast, but i will try, and thank you for your congrats. about how fast do neon tetra fry grow in comparison to danio fry, because they are still about as big as my pinky nail, and much less visible, even though i can see their fins
