Nice, I am planning on setting up a ten gallon for platy fry. It has a hood for 2 cfl's. Do they work well? Planning on having tons of plants in it. Can we see pics of yours???

i transferred the pearlweed and planted them in a clump to create a bush effect. this tank is suffering from algae attack.
i am just wondering why my ozelot loves to send new inflorescence even if my photoperiod is just six hours.

While some authors talk about photoperiod (light duration) affecting this, there are other factors too, namely nutrients and light intensity. You obviously have things balanced, and adding CO2 is a major factor.

What is the common name of the ground cover plant?
