Fish for a 25 gallon planted.
 

Please ignore any of my other posts. I need to find a stocking idea and stick with (not my forte). I would like either:

-Peaceful and colorful community
-Colourful species tank
-Something eye catching against live plants

I dont care much about what species. I'm fine if a *colourful* pair of chiclids, a school of neon tetras or something like that. Or something odd. Like glass catfish or upside down catfish. And that doesn't need tons of special care. Or even a center piece fish with a school of some kind of rasbora. Can neons go with shrimp? They look really neat!
Odd fish for an odd person :p

Anyway, I just need ideas. The is (LxHxW) 24x20x12.5

Well, the first thing you need to know is your GH and pH as that dictates your options.

Tested straight from the tap it is 6.4. After I add it to the the tank it always goes up if the tank has a filter. This tank will have driftwood (pH -) and river rocks (pH+). In the ten gallon it is just over 7. I have ph plus/minus if need be.
Coral red pencil fish look cool . . . there is times I wish there less fish species :p JK

I have no testers for GH, but some report on my cities website said it is 75 (dont know what that means).

Anyway, back to googling! Is that a word?!
