Same thing happened in the western part of Maryland. Luckily where I live in the eastern half and we went unscathed.

Just got mine back after 4 days from Friday to today and no casualties for me either, also in Ohio apparently DP&L had all their spare trucks in Colorado with the fires so when this hit they were short handed and couldn't handle the downed lines

HOORAY FOR POWER!!! We just got ours back after 4 days off, too. . . both the fishies and I are loving our electricity right now! Glad your finned ones made it through okay!

I'm glad you all made it through with no casualties :blueyay:

One of our first major purchases when we built this house was a full house generator. I can't take a chance with potential long power outages in the winter.

It is good to hear that the power is coming back on across Ohio. That same storm knocked out power here in Virginia, too. Mine was only down for about 14 hours, so it posed no threat to my tanks and pond. But my boss who lives to the north didn't get her power back until yesterday.

There are places in Maryland that wont have power until Friday apparently. Sucks.
