Angelfish breathing heavy

I have a black ghost angelfish and he is breathing heavy right now any suggestions?

Temp and water are good. ammonia 0, nitrite 0, and nitrate < 5. Temp 80

He was in with some other angels and one of them was picking on him so i removed him and put him by himself.

This breathing just started yesterday.

Sounds like stress.

What's your water hardness (GH), and pH?

Was he a new addition to the tank? How long have you had him?

What size tank? And who else is in the tank with him?
