Do you have a test kit? if so what are your water parameters?

If you have never changed the water in your tank, its time to do a 50% change and then test as suggested above. Doing a fish-in cycle can be difficult and requires a lot of attention to frequent water changes to keep things under control.
A cloudy tank is not unusual during the time you are establishing your nitrogen cycle. It is sometimes a result of silica from the new tank causing an algae outbreak. I don't recall what the algae is called.

I learned the hard way that your cycling. How long was the tank set up before the fish were put in? Did you do anything to the tank besides fill it and put the fish in? Don't add anymore fish and do a 50% water change to save what you have but make sure to treat the new water with a conditioner before adding it to the tank.

I definitely agree with what everyone else has said. Could be that the tank is cycled and now you've experienced a bacterial bloom. Water changes clear that up, and make sure your filter is clean, but I also use a product called Algone for bacterial bloom. It's only available at LFS not at chains. It's an all natural product too which is great. It can't hurt fish or plants or balance, but it does a great job of clearing up algae and bacterial bloom-FAST. I cannot stress enough though if your water parameters are out of balance Algone or anything else won't help one bit.
