Finrot. What are your water parameters? Tank maintenance schedule? Do plenty of water changes.

Ditto with Lupin, but I would also add MelaFix.

ok in my other post my levels are really high but i have a guess is that when i put my water into my tank it rushes in and t probably is breaking their fins because it only looks teared away and it happened after my first water exchange. on Wednesday i'll have done 5 water changes and then i will post my results. my water changes right now are around 25 percent of my water.

It is not the water rushing in that is the problem. It could be either finrot or osmotic shock if the fins look like they were blown out of proportion. Are their white edges where the fins were torn?

As for the last sentence, how often do you perform it? I'd do every other day basis.
