my uncle has a giant gourami that is only 20 cm, he was very agrressive towards his arowanna, but now the arowanna beats him up, the gourami seems to spend most of his time in the bottem corner of his tank. the goramim is lookin a bit tattered.
I would definitely remove the gourami to a tank and heal him up. I do not believe that I would return him. If he's looking for an excuse for a new tank, he now has one.
ok il tel him to move it in to his 55 for the mean time, or is this 2 small
55g should be fine for now unless it is crowded. The inhabitants may also start to pick on the injured fish. If so he may have to be moved again. If your uncle wants to set up a hsopital tank, I would recommend a tank at least 20g, biger if possoble. He may have to dispense meds and may not be able to do this in a community tank.
giant pink gorami
I put them in 3 1/2 feet tank not sure what gallon coz I only measure by feet.
is this ok for the gorami ???
can I add 2 of my angelfish that have the same size with them together??
thanks for answering.
Re: giant pink gorami
They do have pink giant gouramis and no a 3.5' long tank will not be big enough.
