Merry Christmas..I Still Feel Like Scrooge Just because I have this Scrooge thing going this year doesn't mean that I do not wish the best to others. I just can't get into the Chrismas spirit. Shopping in crowded stores, long check out lines, oh, how I hate shopping. Anyway, I do wish a MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of my friends in the forum. PS. The best thing about Christmas...........the food. |
LOL - Merry Christmas to you too herefishy and to all members, I hope you have a great time! :D |
Hope the Ghosts of Past, Present and Future visit you. Merry Christmas from Bob Marley! |

i will wish you a merry christmas, as it's in keeping with the times. :) looking forward to christmas pud and squirty fresh creme yum. |
I feel entirely the same. I had to go shopping today (unavoidable unfortunately) and the result was disasterous! People everywhere, and each and every one of them seemed to be in exactly the place I was trying to be in. However, I do love the weather at this time of year. There is something strangely satisfying about scraping the ice and snow off my car in the morning. Or being in the house and looking outside to everything white with frost while you are warm inside. :D But I do hope everyone has a good Christmas, drinks too much, eats too much, etc. :P This year my family is having turkey for Christmas dinner as usual, and I, also as usual, will take a nip down to the local indian, be met with sad glances (going to a takeaway on your own on Christmas day is usually met with patronising, sorrowful looks) and get myself a curry of some form. Christmas tradition for me even if it's not for anyone else. :) |
