Guppy is swimming wobbly, side to side

Hello all, my guppy is swimming around with a wobble. Similar to how a penguin waddles side to side, this is what he looks like.

I had my filter break while cleaning it and after all the ruckus of me fiddling with it trying to see what's wrong I noticed this. I am worried maybe I bumped him with something because he does like to come inspect anything in the tank, but it could be coincidence.

I also just tried feeding them blood worms for the first time. I was worried it was swim bladder related to constipation so I fed him a pea but he poo'd that out fine.

Other than the wobble he seems okay, though he does struggle against the filter more. Still eating, plays with the other guppy and is very active. I don't know what is wrong.

sounds like shimmying disease. Very common in livebearers, mainly mollys but guppys get it aswell

Well, I regularly change the water and have changed it twice since then so I am not sure how he would be low on electrolytes. Any ideas on how I would fix this?
