Can anyone tell if this is a hermaphrodite guppy? It has fins like a male but the abdomen is getting huge quickly each day.

Intersex guppies are not uncommon. A relative of the guppy the mosquitofish (Gambusia spp) are used in studies about the effects of endocrine disrupters on sexual development. As for that one being intersex, I'm not sure. Typically with pregnant females you will also see a large black dot near the anal fin called the gravid spot. The swelling of the abdomen could just be from overfeeding. Try cutting his food back for a few days and see what happens.

That is a female guppy. They are actually pretty common with that tail type. Female guppies can give birth for up to 6 months after mating with a male.
