Does anybody know about this eel?

Hi guys, when I was at my LFS I saw a freswater eel for sail. I am pretty sure it was a barred eel AKA indian eel and striped spiny eel. All I know about these guys is they grow about 7 inches long. I'd appriciate any more info. Thanks.
