First off is your tank cycled? Neon's arent the best to cycle a tank with they are not hardy enough. And most likely if you just put them in the tank then they already had whitespot from the pet store you got them from. How big is the tank? What type of filtration do you have? Has there been any deaths? And also are you SURE its whitespot? A pic would be helpful! :P :P Thanks

I also agree with Nick, and would like to add that if the tank is currently cycling, medication is the last thing you want to be putting in there. Can you post water test results for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH? This will help us to determine what is going on in the tank, since we can't see it. Indeed, pictures would be very helpful. What is the temp? I would stop the meds if there is ANY reading for ammonia or nitrite, or if nitrate is over 40.
