Question stocking ponds

hi, i live in tampa currently but am moving to my moms house soon which has a big pond in the backyard. I have always been interested in stocking ponds and aquaculture. I have done a good amount of research to find out the basics but still have no idea what im doing quite yet. This pond has plenty of tilapia in it but since the drought thats currently going on( i live in florida) i have noticed the water level going down and staying down. The number of fish has definatley decreased as expected. I was wondering where would be a great source of information on how to keep this pond lively and healthy for fish to live in?
