pond testing.

hay guys. :)
it's come to my attention an Aunts pond is suffering.
i have been told that this year alone she has lost 60 fish.
yes i did say 60 !!!!!!!
now the story i have been told is this.
kind relative comes and cleans the pond pump of gunk.
then completly cleans the pond out.
and puts everything back in after,there was no mention at any time
of water conditioner being added,water tested.
i think that said kind relative is killing the fish.!
what i want to know is,when i go up there,the pond shouldn't have been touched for a couple of months,i am going to test the water
and check out the set up,it's a big pond.
can i just use my water test kit,or do i need to buy a particular one
for ponds. ?

That is very funny...

However, only because you mentioned it... I was given the opportunity to work as an aquarist for the Falls of Ohio State Park, when they first set up their marine exhibits some 15 years ago. It isn't much, but they do charge a $3.00 admission fee! Does that count?

And no, I was not able to accept the role due to my college class schedule at that time.
