How soon can I introduce fish?

I have a 2,000 gal pond with a waterfall, we haven't had any fish in it for about 5 years, this year we drained it and cleaned it up and put the filters and pumps in and bought new plants today for it and also water stabilizer. How soon can I introduce goldfish & koi? Would it be fine in a few days, or should I wait a week? I also have about 20 tadpoles that are living in a rubbermaid container with old pond water and I would like to put them in the pond as well.

hi
have you put the fish in yet ?

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
