LOL my two kitties go crazy for it too! Catnip grows native around here. My cats are allowed outside within reason and they know where to find it when they want it. I find its better fresh off the plant. I pick some in fall and dry it out so they have some over winter.

This is Oliver my 14 year old kitty, named after "Oliver and Company". He's an expert collar looser I've pretty much given up. I did my best to strap collar number 20 to him for Christmas.... it disappeared over a month ago.

he thinks he is a lion.

.... I'm probably drunk.

This is how I lurk

That's the one. I swear that cat is deranged. For some reason, it really doesn't like the concept of things being placed on top of other things and will do everything in its power to rectify that situation. Leave the house for a few hours and you'll come back to most things you own being on the floor. It also really likes to bite heads and lick armpits.

Maybe I'm just a dog person? Haha.

Aww, great pics. Who would have ever thought a kitten as cute as that would end up looking the cat he became. Picture #5 down- That's D-man in full meltdown, lol.

I don't have any cats atm, I do foster them occasionally. The Gray kitty used to be thunder and sadly I didn't think that all the way through. He went back to his owners, with vet records,
medications, and registration bearing the name "Thunderbutt." Oops. Anyhow, he was a pain in my butt with 3am screaming sessions, thundering through the house (not light on his paws)
and attacking the dog. I was soooo glad to see him go back home.

And while I know he's a dog, he has eaten a pound of catnip in one sitting and therefore qualifies for this thread. The big dumb looking oaf is Glock, my four year old lab. He's so full of
personality I don't even know where to begin.
