Well, in addition to four tanks and a dalmatian, I also have four budgies. I wonder if there are other budgie-lovers among fish people.

When I was younger I used to have a cockatiel, named Spike.

We used to have a budgie, but she passed away about a year ago.

Now we have a Cockatiel named Tiki. :)

OMG I have actually written 'four'! I do have six all in all and six more in my dreams which if fulfilled will threaten my existence - my family is against any more intruders . Don't ask me to count my neons.

These little guys can be messy and noisy. Although I think it all can be tolerated if you clean them regularly and consider they chirping lovely singing which it in fact is.


Spike looks great - you can see the character. I do not know much about cockatiels, but I love all parrots and parakeets.

Not so many of us - fish people engage also in birds!

they are lovely,you have some sweet colours,
i have kept some birds over time,from Canaries,cockateils,
African grey parrot,meyers parrot,finches,budgies,
and a green parrot that i am unable to remember the propper name,
i have enjoy keeping different pets over the years.
i hope they bring you many happy hours. :)

Along with the tanks they do fill up our home with joy asking very little in return.

Only I get very sad when something bad happens. For me it is difficult to get over a dead fish - it is always a tragedy and there's prolonged silence in the family.

But even that doesn't deter me from keeping pets. :D

I have two budgies. I used to have three, but my poor old Spook passed away in august. I will see if I can get pictures of Boogie and Woogie today =D
