Thanks!!! I planted the Maple 2 years ago when this was a pondless waterfall. My next door neighbor had an enormous Oak that he cut down last year. Before he cut it the Maple was not getting much sun. Its grown more this year than the last 2 combined! All those hostas came from one hosta that was planted here in the back yard when we first bought the house 4 years ago. Its since been split several times and spawned into at least 12 ENORMOUS plants! All thanks to getting free aged manure from a local stable...ROFL!!

when i find the leed for my phone i will be able to upload the pictures.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

That looks great. Nice job. Our next home I want to have a small outdoor pond or water feature.

Ashley you should get a tub at Walmart only $5.98 each and do a small tub pond. Mine is a unfiltered tub pond and they are great for apt. if you have a balcony to have it. Look under unfiltered tub pond by Tankmaster in this forum. Here is a picture of mine this year and the picture of it last year with a water fountain inside. I take it down every fall and put it up in the late spring.
I think a tub pond would only be good for a balcony as small children could fall into it if it is outside your apt. door unless you have an enclosed entry in the front.

WOW Krisjen!! More pics!

I should have got more pics when my lily pads were in bloom. They had lovely white flowers!! Its getting cold here now, and I'm feeding fall wheat germ pellets. The pads have gone dormant and my plants around the pond are dying/going dormant, so more pics of mine wouldn't be that pretty right now. :)
