some new shots of my 20L vivarium. eventually im going to rescape it using egg crate and vinyl screen to keep the substrate from getting into the water but ehh, it works for now. currently I have the filter removed (need a new one) and im circulating the water with a small fountain powerhead.

2 of the 4 firebellies, I cant tell from the pic which ones they are for naming purposes though lol

close up of the heater, and the pump, covered over (to mind the current) with a small piece of plexi with some gravel on it, all hidden by a suction cup hanging vine thinggy.

over all shot of the tank as it sits right now.

oh just a side note. first of all thanks willow :) I do love that vine, its the handiest thing since sliced bread for hiding stuff. it DID hide a whisper 10i filter but the filter didnt have the guts to really pump the water, sooo im going to get a duetto and maybe some rocks so I can use the duetto to make a little waterfall.

aaand the little plant behind the half log is real. it came from petco in those little plastic tubes they keep on the shelves. I figured worst case it dies... right? that was like 6 months ago lol its not growing very fast but its hardy. the toads like hanging out underneath it.

i loved that idea of the plants in the pots, and
i wanted to bring some home..however OH reminded me
that customs would have a problem with that,so i never
bought any. :(
and i wanted to rescue all the bettas from those awful pots,
i don't think i've ever seen anything so cruel in all my life.....
well actually that's a lie i have. anyway...............
those vines can hide a mulitude of sins.
