I am feeling kind of down and useless at the moment since I can't work or do the things I am use to and it just sucks because it feels like everytime something good happens to me (my new job I really like) something bad happens ( I mess up my back after 2 weeks of work). Anyway the plan is they are going to give me an epidural shot then some physical therapy to see if that will fix it. I asked the dr if it didn't then what and she said don't worry about whats next lets just see how this goes. Thanks guys for listening to me ramble and do my pitty party I know it could be worse I mean at least I have a husband that is being super great and supportive but still I just am not use to haveing to depend on anyone.
Did the Doc tell you why the disc is degenerate? I've got a bit of that too but there are reasons for it. If you have to have surgery at least they have made HUGE advances in that field. I hope that's not the route it goes for you. You are in my thoughts and I'm hoping for some good juju for you. I'm glad you have a supportive husband. That goes a long way in helping you though this. Stay flat on your back for a few hours after that epidural. I was up and moving around too soon after mine and I had a headache that was brutal that lasted a few hours. It was nasty! Hang tough my friend.
