Thanks Tracy, and yes, it IS CRAMPED. Everything Rob and I own has to fit into our bedroom or our small fishroom in the basement... everythingi that doesn't fit is crammed into a 10x20 storage unit about a mile from home. Living with the in-laws is better than most would expect or imagine. I have a wonderful new family, very accepting, very compassionate, and all about taking care of each other no matter what. Rob is a godsend and his family is a blessing. But..... after 2 years of this, it is wearing on everyone. I have found that point beyond frustration and around the corner from depression. We've been searching for over 3 months now, and while others say that's not a long time, our situation makes it seem like much longer. We are specific on what we want/need, which makes it harder to find the right house. We MUST be out of the city, but within an hour drive for him for work each way. My youngest will be in middle school next year, and the city has too many issues with violence these days. The high school my middle daughter attends had a shooting only 2 wks ago, and another school in that same district had one right after. 2 in one day... I want my kids safe, so out of the city. Space... we have a 400 gallon reef tank planned after we move in, plus the other 150+ tanks we have sitting here unused due to lack of space. And, privacy... large property line, as we're both tired of "people" after a night in this house. Those criteria with the price we can afford, not an easy find. We have 8 more to see this weekend, so cross your fingers! One of them is a remodeled church, 4 large bedrooms, full rec room, the works... the listing says it's between 2001 - 2500 sz ft!! And another is an old farm house, also over 2000 sq ft! I'm praying that one of these is THE ONE!
