I almost got the top one, without the flowers. My tattoo artist was willing to do it for $80, but the economy caused him to have to close down and I didnt have a chance. That particular tat is owned by an artist with "Cherry" in the name, forget it though. So you either have to buy the rights to the template and take it to an artist, or find an artist who already has rights to it, I assume most do though.
I currently have 3 tats, all small, and totally want more. I have one I have designed for myself, and at least 2 others I want.
On my right arm I have two tats, my name (Amanda) in cursive, and a rose with thorns coming out the sides, both in solid black, and both for personal reasons... I got the name done in 2006 in my living room done with guitar string and a motor running it through a hollowed out mechanical pencil... I didnt think it hurt bad at all. So when I went a couple of years later to get my second tattoo (rose and thorns) they said the needle hurts less than the guitar string...it did, I fell asleep while they were doing it and the artist had to wake me up so I would stop moving...it was rather funny.
My third tattoo was like less than a year after that, and it was on my right ankle and is the Texas Flag in the shape of a heart... as I found my heart in Texas, my hubby. Safer than getting his name in case it falls apart later in life, lol.
Tattoos hurt. It depends on where you get them done and you sensitivity. My ankle tat, was major PAIN! And it was right over a bone. Fatter areas are less painful.
I dont regret my tattoos, and am always careful to make sure they are placed in spots that can easily be covered up for business/professional purposes.
