When caterpillars attack
This picture is a few months old and these guys all cocooned not long after, but I thought I would share. These are my cercropia caterpillars that I raised this year. My second generation since I raised their parents too. I had about 18 cocoon this year which are in a box in my parents garage. They stay there until mid May which is about the time they should start emerging. Not all will survive the winter but I should have a bunch of moths this summer. Always a fun, easy, and low cost pet to raise. Just wish they didn't always grow up so fast.
.... I'm probably drunk.
This is how I lurk
