What are you doing with your life??

Sooo I thought this would be a fun thread to talk about what people are majoring in or doing as their job if you aren't majoring in anything or what you're going to major in after you leave high school. I was an Ultrasound Tech major and recently changed my major because it's very hard to get into the programs and since I'm not an A student, it's even HARDER. So I have recently decided to pursue Administrative Assistant, Medical Option, Business Office Technology. I love being on the computer and I would still be in the medical field some what. It stinks that I can't do Ultrasound, but I believe things happen for a reason. Soo what are you guys doing??

I have worked/will work (again) at a dentist office, and I'll be studying pre-dent in the fall. I want to be an orthodontist.
Weird, I know.

I'm a communication sciences and disorders major.. basically pre-speech therapy. Once I get my bachelors in CSD I'll hopefully get into the graduate program at my school and get my masters or doctorate in Speech Therapy. I'm not sure what my specialization will be yet.. its my first year in the program. I'm technically a year behind. I started out as a psych major but I didn't agree with some of the ideas they were trying to teach us.

I'm an undeclared major, but I've thought about a Pysch major, a Computer Science major (math scares me though, so I might not do this), and an Art Major. I adore drawing, taking photos, and all that good stuff. But my mom would be mad if I majored in a "non profit" major. :[ I've also considered Marine Biology because of my fish obsession, but I'd have to take 20 million Bio's and that doesn't fly well with me.

nochoramet, you could become an art therapist. Then you can combine the psychology and art.

Wow...I never would have thought of that! That is so cool! I guess you could major in Psych and minor in Art? Interesting.......that is a really good idea.

lol! I'm glad you like my idea! I majored in psychology myself and still can't figure people out. lol

I love Psychology, but I hate my class. Does that make any sense? I hate the way my teacher teaches it. But I devoured my grandmothers books on psych back in the 10th grade. But yes, I really like your idea. I'll actually look into that!
