What a wonderful world of nature

I would like to share this short video with you. It is from the BBC in the UK and contains a few excerpts from various nature documentaries they have produced under the inspiration of the renowned naturalist Sir David Attenborough. Now in his 80's, Sir David is still tireless in his efforts which have spanned some 60+ years to present us with absolutely unique video of the incredible wonder and diversity of natural life on this planet. The narration by Sir David, who briefly appears in the last scene, will be familiar to many of you: a song first recorded and made famous by the great Jazz legend Louis Armstrong. We are indeed part of a wonderful world. Enjoy.

The aquarist is one who must learn the ways of the biologist, the chemist, and the veterinarian. [unknown source]

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]

Wow, that was simply beautiful. Just lovely. And yes, Sir Attenborough was familiar to me; I've enjoyed many a nature documentary.

Thank you for sharing that link, Byron.
