Well, thanks for the compliments, but I swear the biggest peave I have about living in this area is the rush. We're always in a hurry, including me. I can be on my way to a relaxing yoga session, in a total frantic rush, even if I'm not late. I swear if you ever want to feel life in fast forward come visit the bay area. But there are lots of areas in California that are very relaxed, more rural, (more old-fashioned LOL) and people are kind. Even in my crazy area I try to smile at people and make eye contact and they always reciprocate. I think that type of culture starts with ourselves.
Oh my God I hate that! When we moved overseas...I swear to you people are running 100mph in the store like the world is coming to an end...when I first tried to settle down there...I thought I was gonna get a heart attack before I hit 30
specially at work,....oh my god don't remind me.... I just wanted to drive up to the Netherlands buy some "groceries" and bake some cookies for these people just so they're RELAX for 5mins - Horrible...how can you live like that???
