I liked WAY too many movies this year...I really loved Avatar, so besides that I think I really liked Zombieland cause it's hilarious...Star Trek was cool too. Oh was the movie 9 out this year...yes? I like that one too

Inglourious Basterds, but I'm biased being Jewish and all, hahah. Up! was amazing. Sherlock Holmes was very good. Avatar was great! District 9 was worth my time and Star Trek was a surprise.

I'm a little shocked here. No one has mentioned the, by far, greatest movie of 2009.
THE HANGOVER!!!! That's my favorite, with Avatar and Up! being my next 2 favorites. But The Hangover, no doubt. "There's a jungle cat in the bathroom!!!!"

You're right! The Hangover was a riot.

I liked The Hangover, but I couldn't help but feel like the whole thing was just Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas minus any artsy pretentiousness. Zach Galifianakis was hilarious though.

I liked, no loved, the Hangover, but at the same time a lot of that genre of movie have come out in the past two or three years and I need something new.

I did LOVE Seven Pounds. WAIT. That was 2009, wasn't it??? Well if it ws 2008, I loved it more than any 2009 movies anyway.

Harry Potter for sure!
I really enjoyed District 9 and Watchmen too.

I'm not a trekkie fan, and Avatar doesn't really interest me (even though I'll prolly see it anyways since everyone says it's heads over heels awesome).

Did you SEE Star Trek? I'm a Star Wars nerd but even I thought Star Trek was for total geeks. Until I saw the new movie, anyway. Really good movie, even if you're not into Star Trek. Just a really well put-together sci-fi/action movie.

I agree with you there. I am so not a Trekie but really liked this movie. Had to see it on the big screen though. I don't think I would have liked it as much otherwise.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.
