Wedding stuff (lots of pics)

Well you guys have always been great to me. Like family. And I wanted to include you guys in some of my wedding info. :D And be warned, I love taking pictures, some may be unnecessary, lol...but I like them. I'm just so excited with all this planning, that I want to share it with more people lol.

Well here's some basics.
This is me, in case some of you haven't seen any of my pictures.




This is me and my boyfriend, we've been dating since August 12, 2007.





Just so it's clear. We are not engaged. It's complicated. We consider ourselves engaged though, he just can't afford a ring right now. And he didn't want to pull any thing like in "knocked up" with how he proposed to her, lol. But he could propose any day. And we know we're getting married.

And now, wedding stuff. Wedding date: March 20, 2011

Actually we picked our rings too. Here's a pic of them. They're about $25 for the pair. Titanium and CZ. I don't mind at all. I don't need anything flashy and expensive. The black one is his and gold is mine. We love them. We're getting them off ebay, which is where he is getting my engagement ring. I think he's getting it like next week lol. But shhh. :D

It's going to be medium I guess. We're having it in his mom's backyard. Her house is beautiful, she's gonna help with food and decorations, setting up music and stuff. All Drew and I have to pay for is the dress, rings, tux and a couple others. We haven't decided on a honeymoon spot yet. But since we aren't spending too much, I'm sure it will be nice.

Oh, and I haven't picked out the bridesmaids dresses yet. I gotta get with my MOH first and let her pick her dress. Basically, if I ask them to be in the wedding angd they want to be in it, they have to pay for their own dress or tux. We can't afford to pay for them all, and I think it should be that way anyways. But anyways, once she picks hers, I'll pick out the dress that the others will wear. I like lavendar, obviously, lol. So my dress is white and lavendar, and the bridesmaids will be all lavendar. And like I explained before, the MOH will have a diferent dress from the bridesmaids, but the same color. I don't have a flower girl yet, lol. I don't have any little girls in the immediate family. We might have to ask some of Drew's family that we aren't too close to. But I'm sure they'll be okay with it. I dunno yet.
And the tux's of course will be black, with the lavendar shirts underneath.

I really love those wedding bands. They're very unique and different from the norm (which is a good thing in my humble opinion).

We're moving in a few months so are starting the "purge" of stuff where we are now. About two hours ago, I stumbled across a few random pictures of my sister's wedding with our bridesmaids dresses FROM HELL!!

I will have to see if I can scan one and send it to you. Or maybe I'll make everyone's day and give you all a good laugh. Let's just say that it looks like lace threw up on sky blue polyester. Add puffy sleeves, some prism like sequins, and a bow that made everyone's butts look about 25 times larger than life and you'll have an idea of how horrendous they were.
