I don't like it when it's boiling hot outside, just pleasantly warm. But I've had enough of the winter now... it's been well below freezing for the past week or so and getting very cold at nights. Brrrrrr.

We have more heavy snowfall forecast for tomorrow.

We just had a horrible windstorm here with a little bit of rain mixed in. We may get thunderstorms later tonight. :(

We got 2" or so of snow last night. It all basically melted away today. That's Colorado for you.

And the next plan for snow is on Saturday and Sunday. When I have my outdoor soccer practices. That's the only time I hate it.

Thats what I love about Colorado. It snows one day and the sun comes out and melts it the next day.

Nice scenery and gorgeous pics!

I have some of my own...yup, those lovely shots of the ice covered tree branches ruining our portable garage and taking down the horse fence and power lines..nice :/
Can you tell I want some warm weather! I like snow on Christmas and that's pretty much it. The rest of the time I like it in the high 60's to 70's.

The ice took down a lot of the trees in our area.

i just started staring at my tank today and the power shut off. the wind has been so bad it killed the power. good news that it kicked back on a about a minute or two later. its also good that i was staring at the tank because the overflow failed to restart itself (with the aqualifter pump) and my display tank started overflowing. if i was not standing there i would of had a nice flood. i was quick enough to switch off all power that less then a cup over water spilled out and fixed the problem and shes running like a charm.

Wow! Its a good thing you were there when that happened. The wind here was horrible yesterday. Our lights flickered but never went out, thank goodness.

Yeah, you WERE lucky. It could have happened when you weren't home.
