Vegan recipes?

In my church (Eastern Orthodox Christian) we have to fast from all animal products during lent. I was wondering if anyone has any good vegan recipes that they could share? I am especially looking for quick and easy ones, and breakfasts that ca be warmed up (i.e. don't have to make it each morning). Or any good websites with recipes?

the vegetarian times (magazine) has an amazing recipe search engine with amazing recipes, even vegan baking recipes which are always questionable. You can limit your search based on your food preferences (e.g. no dairy and eggs, or just no eggs, or just no meat etc.)
